Casa Maravilla: Sustainability
Sustainability
Thoughtful, high-performance systems are woven into Casa Maravilla’s design so sustainability feels effortless and luxurious. Careful integration of renewable energy, efficient pool technologies, and future-ready vehicle charging reduces environmental impact while enhancing comfort and convenience.

Solar Panels
A discreet, high-efficiency solar photovoltaic installation is integrated into the property to supplement grid power and reduce overall consumption. Linked to the home’s energy-management system, the panels prioritise on-site use powering common areas, pool systems and vehicle chargers when available. That lowers peak demand and operating costs without compromising the home’s clean, sculptural lines.
Pool Cover & Heating
The 75 m² pool is conceived for year-round enjoyment with an energy-sensitive approach. A solar-panel pool cover captures solar energy while dramatically reducing evaporation and heat loss, preserving water and chemicals. The pool heating system is designed to work in concert with the solar cover and the home’s controls so temperature, runtime and energy use are optimised for efficiency and comfort.

Electric Vehicle Charging
Casa Maravilla includes five dedicated EV charging bays — two within the garage and three outdoors — providing convenient, secure charging for residents and guests. The chargers support smart load management and scheduling, enabling charging to prioritise on-site solar production or off-peak grid hours. The infrastructure is installed with future adaptability in mind to accommodate evolving EV technologies.
